Oatmeal Butterscotch

This cookie is absolutely chewy and wonderful!  We take an oatmeal cookie dough base and combine butterscotch chips with it.  Butterscotch lovers tell us how much they love this cookie!  This cookie is extra delightful and “perfectly butterscotchy”.
