Double Cookie Sandwich

This cookie is enough to share with two people!  We take TWO of our classic double chocolate chunk cookies and in between, we pipe in our velvety smooth homemade buttercream.  For a little bit extra, we roll the sides in mini semi-sweet chocolate chips.  It’s okay to use a knife and fork with this one, we won’t judge.

Ingredients: Organic all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt, organic butter, organic cane sugar, organic brown sugar, organic pasture-raised eggs, pure vanilla extract, chocolate chips, dark chocolate bar, organic powdered sugar, and organic milk
