Apple Pie

Apple pie is one of America’s favorite pies.  We decided to make it into a cookie.  From our fresh oat cookie base with a huge portion of perfectly sweet and tart apple pie filling to the crunchy cookie crumble sprinkled on top, everything on this cookie is baked from scratch.

This one is big enough to share, but who wants to share?
